Our client is an established manufacturer, producing a wide range of products for household and personal care, serving both local and international markets.
Currently, they are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria and play an active role in supporting and further developing key HR processes across the organisation.
Job Profile for Senior HR Generalist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Support onboarding and smooth integration of new employees
- Participate in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
- Coordinate trainings and support employee development activities
- Maintain HR documentation and support daily HR operations
Candidate Profile for Senior HR Generalist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian, both written and spoken, with a good command of English
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a broad HR/generalist role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good coordination and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
