Our client is a global and fast-growing company, specialised in the production of home and personal care products, hygiene disposables, and packaged snack foods.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client’s expanding team in Sofia, leading global brand strategy, driving product innovation and supporting business growth across international markets. The role combines brand management, commercial performance and collaboration with regional teams to strengthen market presence and profitability.
Job Profile for Marketing Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement the global brand strategy, including positioning, target audiences and value propositions
- Lead brand communications across traditional and digital channels, including advertising campaigns, visual assets and point-of-sale materials
- Drive new product development and innovation, from concept and packaging design to market launch
- Manage the brand portfolio to increase market share, sales and profitability across international markets
- Coordinate global projects with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and regional marketing teams
- Support local and regional teams with marketing strategies, campaign materials and market activation plans
- Mentor and develop the brand management team
- Monitor business performance, including revenue, margins, profitability and brand health, and implement corrective actions where needed
Candidate Profile for Marketing Manager
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years of brand management experience in an international FMCG company
- Strong strategic thinking and a commercial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Good understanding of P&L management, pricing, financial performance and market dynamics
- Proven experience in product launches, integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional project management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, consumer insights and tools such as Nielsen or Kantar
- Willingness to travel internationally
