Our client is a global leader in secure and intelligent access systems, trusted across multiple sectors.
Currently, they are looking for a motivated Customer Care Agent to join their team in Sofia. In this role, you will lead and support continuous improvement projects across multiple production lines or plants.
Job Profile for Customer Care Agent
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as a professional company representative at all times, delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Handle customer enquiries about company products and services, providing accurate and timely information
- Support customers in selecting products, preparing and distributing quotations, and placing or following up on orders
- Address and resolve complaints, claims, and disputes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with warranty and contract entitlement queries, ensuring they understand their rights and benefits
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, and resolutions
Candidate Profile for Customer Care Agent
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Sales, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience in administration, sales support, customer service, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good business awareness and sales skills
- A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering excellent services
