Description

Our partner is one of the global leaders in secure and intelligent access systems, trusted across multiple sectors. They are currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Production Scheduler to join their team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Production Scheduler
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment
  • Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, equipment issues, or shifting priorities
  • Analyse capacity and lead times to balance workloads and optimise production flow
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm delivery timelines and manage schedule changes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and production efficiency
  • Prepare regular reports on production performance, capacity utilisation, and schedule adherence
  • Identify risks to on-time delivery and proactively recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production data within ERP systems

Candidate Profile for Production Scheduler

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, production processes, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Analytical thinking
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making
