Our partner is a leading international provider of medical equipment. The company designs and delivers medical devices for cardiology, physiotherapy, and aesthetic medicine, serving customers worldwide.
They are currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Hardware Engineer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Collaborate with other engineers on transformer and coil design, including functionality verification
- Design fixtures for the production of coils and transformers
- Design plastic components
- Define test parameters for transformers and coils to ensure functionality and safety compliance
- Support product introduction in cooperation with cross-functional teams
Candidate Profile for Hardware Engineer
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and advanced in English (B2), both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering is required
- Knowledge of physics, particularly electromagnetism
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of electronic circuit design, with a focus on transformers and coils
- Experience with measuring instruments
- Experience with validation processes, 3D printing and 3D CAD systems (e.g. SolidWorks, Fusion 360) is considered an advantage
- Experience with module and transformer potting, glueing, and impregnation is beneficial
- Strong learning ability and capacity to grasp new concepts quickly
- Critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel
