Description

Our client is a leading manufacturing company that specialises in roof windows, blinds and skylights. Currently expanding, they are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels (showroom, phone, email, chat, and tickets)
  • Process orders and prepare commercial offers using SAP
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, availability, and logistics
  • Work closely with the aftersales team to resolve complaints efficiently
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational enhancements
  • Manage administrative tasks related to customer service operations

 

Candidate Profile for Customer Service Specialist

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian & English, both written and spoken
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Well-organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
