Our partner is one of the global leaders in secure and intelligent access systems, trusted across multiple sectors. They are currently expanding and are looking for a Back Office Support Specialist – Orders and Invoicing to join their team in Sofia. 

 Job Profile for Back Office Support Specialist – Orders and Invoicing
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Respond to client requests in German and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and friendly support, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Track and update cases in the system, and follow up as necessary
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues smoothly
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with all clients

Candidate Profile for Back Office Support Specialist – Orders and Invoicing

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
