We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect, HR Solutions to join their team in Sofia. In the role, you will take ownership of the development, continuous improvement, global rollout and support of group-wide HR IT solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors (myHR) landscape.
Job Profile for Solution Architect, HR Solutions
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define system needs through workshops and interviews
- Configure Employee Central modules (Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Position Management, Workflows), business rules, and data models
- Support Global Process Owners, Global Process Experts, and Key Users
- Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage external partners and ensure delivery of clearly defined project and service outcomes
Candidate Profile for Solution Architect, HR Solutions
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Solution Architect delivering expert functional and technical guidance across multiple HR domains with end-to-end architecture
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system architecture
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Performance Management, Succession and Development, Compensation, Variable Pay)
- Knowledge of CPI integrations and BTP platform is preferred
- Proven track record in leading global SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts, ensuring successful delivery of scalable and compliant HR IT solutions
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Technical experience with SAP Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Workzone, SAP
- SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management, and Document Core by OpenText is a plus
- Reporting experience using Canvas and Story reports is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven and solution-oriented mindset
