For the needs of our trusted partner, a leading manufacturer in the glass packaging industry, we are looking for a motivated Junior Logistics Specialist to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Junior Logistics Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare and issue loading documents
- Coordinate loadings in line with the sales monitor
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory records
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Oversee food safety requirements within the warehouse
- Inspect the condition of pallets
- Assist with loadings when required
- Track equipment usage and availability
Candidate Profile for Junior Logistics Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian, both written and spoken. English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Mature and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to different situations
- Flexible and ready to support new projects
- Organised, good at prioritising and working within tight time scales to meet deadlines
- Able to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
- Engage in process improvement and best practices initiatives across the organization
- Desire and ability to travel abroad
