With a strong global presence and decades of engineering expertise, the company develops and produces high-performance equipment used in major infrastructure projects worldwide. 

Currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team in Plovdiv. 

Job Profile for Quality Engineer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Support production teams in resolving process-related quality issues and recommend practical, sustainable improvement measures
• Contribute to problem-solving activities, including structured root cause analysis and corrective action planning, in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency
• Support preparation for and participation in internal and external audits
• Investigate quality deviations, manage customer feedback, and ensure effective and sustainable corrective and preventive actions
• Perform product verification activities in accordance with technical documentation and customer standards
• Develop clear inspection guidelines for critical components and support their implementation within production control plans
• Track and report key quality performance indicators and support initiatives to optimise performance

Candidate Profile for Quality Engineer

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
• Practical experience working with quality management systems and international standards
• Experience supporting audit processes and working in a production environment
• Background in training or guiding production teams on quality standards is considered an advantage
• Good understanding of structured problem-solving and quality improvement methodologies (elg, root cause analysis, FMEA, statistical tools)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Analytical mindset with confidence in working with quality data and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage improvement initiatives independently
