For our client, a global manufacturer and supplier of linear motion solutions, specialising in smart linear actuators, linear guides, and ball screws, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join their expanding team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Manufacturing Engineering Intern
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support the optimisation of manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency
- Assist in ensuring machines, production equipment, and workplaces are ready and well-maintained
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn and apply 5S principles and maintain safe working practices
- Assist in monitoring production requirements, equipment usage, and quality standards
- Support documentation and reporting according to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Collaborate with experienced engineers on ongoing projects and operational tasks
Candidate Profile for Manufacturing Engineering Intern
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Secondary education, ongoing technical studies, or higher education in engineering
- Motivated and eager to learn about production processes and engineering
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team
