For the needs of our trusted client, a well-established international company in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their finance team in Sofia as an HR Business Partner.
Job Profile for HR Business Partner
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee the recruitment process for assigned roles
- Advise and support managers throughout the recruitment cycle
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement
- Support the overall people strategy with a focus on retention, engagement, productivity, and employee satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labour legislation in all recruitment and HR practices
Candidate Profile for HR Business Partner
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment
- Strong expertise in recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Skilled in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Energetic and proactive person with excellent conflict and problem-solving skills
- Ready to work in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to multitask and be proactive when priorities and workloads change fast
- Ability to build strong relationships with the management team and employees
