We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join their expanding team in Sofia and play a vital role in delivering effective training programs and supporting team development.
Job Profile for Training Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead the creation and delivery of onboarding and refresher training programs
- Support and guide the training team in developing effective learning strategies
- Design training materials, modules, and eLearning content
- Conduct engaging presentations and onboarding sessions for new team members
- Assess team performance, identify gaps, and provide targeted support
- Maintain accurate training records and progress reports
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure training meets operational needs
- Foster a positive, professional, and motivating learning environment
- Stay up to date with industry standards, procedures, and best practices
- Contribute to initiatives that improve team performance and operational results
- Perform other related duties as required
Candidate Profile for Training Manager
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a training role, ideally within gaming or hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training tools
- Knowledge of gaming operations is an advantage
- Comfortable using relevant digital tools and equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership, interpersonal, and team-building competencies
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and speeds
- Confident in presenting to groups and facilitating interactive sessions
