We are looking for an experienced Technical Configuration Specialist to join their team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Technical Configuration Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Configure technical solutions based on customer requirements, project specifications and applicable standards
• Prepare and adapt technical drawings using AutoCAD and CAD tools
• Support Sales and Project Managers with technical input during quotations and project execution
• Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring technical accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, manufacturing plants and Order Administration to support timely execution
• Maintain technical documentation, drawing libraries and product data, including Owner Documentation
• Support ESA PMM with product-related technical input and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company, customer and relevant French and European requirements
• Resolve missing or conflicting technical information and manage multiple technical requests while maintaining accuracy

Candidate Profile for Technical Configuration Specialist

• Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Education or equivalent qualification in mechanical design, industrial drafting, technical drafting, or a related mechanical or electromechanical discipline
• Excellent command of CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and related engineering design tools
• Strong experience in industrial drafting within the mechanical or electromechanical industry
• Experience with SAP, Doricon, DraftDesigner, order administration processes, and technical documentation for automatic door systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with technical drawings, configurations, and documentation
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical requests and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers
• Ability to identify inconsistencies or missing technical information and proactively follow up to resolve them
