Our partner is a leading international provider of medical equipment. The company designs and delivers medical devices for cardiology, physiotherapy, and aesthetic medicine, serving customers worldwide.
They are currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Warehouse Systems Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Warehouse Systems Maintenance Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage the full lifecycle of warehouse systems and equipment – from needs assessment and procurement to maintenance and decommissioning
- Plan and optimise warehouse layouts, markings, and space utilisation
- Conduct regular safety inspections in line with applicable standards
- Organise and perform maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Monitor and control spare parts inventory for racking systems
Candidate Profile for Warehouse Systems Maintenance Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and advanced in English (B2), both written and spoken
- Technical education (Engineering or Logistics is an advantage)
- Certification/license to operate forklifts and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP) is an advantage
- Knowledge of racking system safety standards (e.g. EN 15635)
- Experience in coordinating or leading small projects is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems and design software (e.g. AutoCAD) is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
- Good communication skills
