For the needs of our trusted partner, a leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation in Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in the Plovdiv area.
Job Profile for Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure supplier quality and process capability during new product launches and serial production
- Lead supplier approval, audits, and quality performance reviews
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (8D methodology)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Industrialisation, and Technical teams to define process parameters and quality criteria
- Support suppliers in process improvement and value enhancement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and PFMEA tools
- Monitor supplier KPIs and manage non-conformities, cost recovery, and warranty indicators
- Conduct on-site supplier visits and promote best practices within the supply chain
Candidate Profile for Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, measurement and inspection methods
- Experience in supplier quality and continuous improvement methodologies
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
