Test Engineer – Bulgarian & English

Description

For our client, a global innovator and manufacturer of linear motion and actuation solutions used in assembly automation, medical applications, and mobile machinery, we are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join their expanding team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Test Engineer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Determine how to create a process that best tests a particular product in manufacturing and related disciplines to ensure that the product meets applicable specifications
• Carry out quality control and testing of finished electro-mechanical products and components included in these products
• Determine the best way to perform the test of the product or article in order to achieve adequate test coverage
• Work closely with Production, Product Development and Systems Engineers on specifics
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure that the product is designed appropriately and so can be tested and then manufactured
• Work with technical documentation – electrical and mechanical diagrams and sketches
• Perform a variety of tests
• Conduct process control of production lines and channels
• Perform initial and ongoing evaluation of new and existing suppliers
• Create test procedures for individual processes and functional suitability of completed products, as well as lifetime tests and procedures

Candidate Profile for Test Engineer

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Higher or secondary technical education in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience in working with technical documentation
• Knowledge of Certification Procedures, Standards and Practices (ISO, UL, MILL, ROHS, etc.)
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite
• Accuracy, attention and responsibility to the assigned tasks
• Good teamwork skills
