Drawing upon extensive experience and specialised skills spanning over 40 sectors, the company provides Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations services, supported by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centres.
Currently, they are looking for a Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas or Ruse.
Job Profile for Supplier Onboarding Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Process mainly outbound calls with business customers
- Interact with customers via phone and email
- Educate customers on how to upgrade their accounts
- Process client data by following detailed instructions as outlined in company documents
- Follow established escalation rules for service level agreements in jeopardy
Candidate Profile for Supplier Onboarding Specialist
- Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience would be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management skills
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Team player mentality
