Description

For our client, a global innovator and manufacturer of linear motion and actuation solutions used in assembly automation, medical applications, and mobile machinery, we are looking for an experienced QMS Specialist to join their expanding team in Sofia.

Job Profile for QMS Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Structure, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), by assuring continuous function
• Participate in 3rd part audits – IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Execute internal audit schedule of quality management system
• Analyse non-conformities from Audits, CARs, Root Cause, prepare corrective actions and improvements
• Administrate Intelex System

Candidate Profile for QMS Specialist

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Internal Auditor certificate: IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing field
• Experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Problem-solving ability and attitude 
• Excellent organisational skills – able to prioritise tasks, manage workflow and work with multiple stakeholders
• Communication skills 
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
