Our client is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of linear motion solutions, specialising in smart linear actuators, precision linear guides, and high-performance ball screws. They play a vital role in delivering innovative, high-quality components that power critical applications across industries such as medical technology, robotics, and industrial automation.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Application Engineer to join their expanding team in Sofia. In the role, you will be supporting the company’s global sales teams and customers by designing and adapting linear motion solutions to meet specific application needs.

Job Profile for Business Development Application Engineer 
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Analyse customer requirements and recommend product adaptations
• Design customised components (2D/3D in CREO)
• Support the manufacturing/testing of new designs
• Perform product calculations and risk assessments
• Communicate project status and solutions internally and externally

Candidate Profile for Business Development Application Engineer

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in product design/customisation
• Proficiency in CREO is a plus
• Knowledge of medical, automation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
