For the needs of our trusted partner, a leading manufacturer of protein bars in Bulgaria, we are looking for a B2B Business Development Expert to join their growing team in Sofia.

Job Profile for B2B Business Development Expert
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, expand the customer base, and drive business development in existing and new markets
  • Lead negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and close deals to exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to anticipate industry trends and identify potential business opportunities
  • Maintain and update client interactions, deals, and sales progress in the company’s CRM system (Zeron ERP and HubSpot)
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Candidate Profile for B2B Business Development Expert

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian & English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the German language is a plus
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven success in closing deals
  • Able to analyse sales performance and develop data-driven strategies for growth
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (Zeron, HubSpot, or similar)
