Currently expanding, they are now looking to hire a Secure Power Segment Sales Manager to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Secure Power Segment Sales Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Develop further the existing customers and increase the company’s market share in the customer portfolios
  • Conduct regular negotiations with customers
  • Discover new customers and opportunities within the scope of duties, delivering excellent coordination and collaboration with the company departments
  • Promote the full portfolio of products to the customers and when possible complex solutions for the projects you lead
  • Reach the company’s targets by applying sales strategies for direct and indirect orders
  • Align the go-to-market approach in accordance with corporate rules and guidance given by corporate segment leaders
  • Conduct reports on completed and planned sales activities and results

Candidate Profile for Secure Power Segment Sales Manager

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • University degree in Engineering
  • Very good command of MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Good networking skills
  • Good knowledge of the local market – Selling product ranges, proposing solutions, skills/experience in prescription in terms of specification and tender documentation preparation
  • Positive and energetic personality
  • Team player and quick decision-maker
  • Driver’s license
