Their innovative tools and high-quality services empower businesses by automating complex workflows, optimising operations, and ensuring efficient rights and royalties management.

Currently, they are looking for a talented CloudOps Team Lead to join their expanding team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for CloudOps Team Lead
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Plan and conduct regular system upgrades to enhance service continuity and user experience
• Design and review guidelines and processes for the preparation and installation execution of company releases
• Maintain advanced knowledge of the different AWS services used by the company to manage and automate Cloud Products
• Conduct POC designs to enhance automation processes and ensure secure standards are met
• Design, manage, grow and administer different (AWS) cloud services and costs within all of the company cloud accounts
• Provide technical support to team members and vendors in accordance with agreed service level agreements
• Manage deployments and development of Cloud tools for automation and utilisation of resources
• Manage Linux OS administration (upgrade, maintenance and backup) and Hardening
• Ensure effective access to data and information assets whilst maintaining the requirements of security, privacy and confidentiality
• Understand both the company’s and the client’s business, products and processes
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
• Enforce Internal Server, Network and Security Policies
• Mentor highly skilled CloudOps Engineering team, providing guidance, support, and professional development
• Lead POC initiatives, and develop comprehensive technical documentation to evaluate the impact of changes, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules, ensuring timely task completion
• Communicate and enforce project standards to maintain consistency and quality

Candidate Profile for CloudOps Team Lead

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus
• Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree
• 5 + years of experience in DevOps, SecOps, or CloudOps
• Good knowledge of database installations, configurations, and performance tuning, preferably Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge of networking and security concepts
• Advanced knowledge in cloud computing, preferably AWS
• AWS Certifications are a plus
• Advanced knowledge in automation tools and scripting – Jenkins and bash is a plus
