Their innovative tools and high-quality services empower businesses by automating complex workflows, optimising operations, and ensuring efficient rights and royalties management.

Currently, they are looking for a talented Backend Software Engineer to join their expanding team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Backend Software Engineer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop Java-based web applications with high standards and quality to ensure stability and performance
• Develop back-end scripts and determine design methodologies and tool sets to ensure connectivity between the different modules and sections of the product
• Analyse client requirements and recommend efficient solutions to guarantee their satisfaction
• Support the onsite team and the product releases promptly
• Write technical documentation
• Update technical knowledge through research and stay up to date with new technologies and software products
• Coordinate and communicate daily the testing efforts with QA resources
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved on time
• Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules

Candidate Profile for Backend Software Engineer

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Developer
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE programming language
• Knowledge of JSP/JSF (Richfaces), Angular is a plus
• Knowledge of MVC structure with experience in Spring and Hibernate
• Basic Knowledge and experience in Postgres – Including SQL and PLSQL, Oracle is a plus
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Exceptional communication skills
