For one of our clients, focused on delivering excellence across multiple industries including customer engagement, technical support, and back-office operations, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent, with or without experience, to join their dynamic team and work on diverse and impactful projects at their newly established business centre in Sofia.

Job Profile for Customer Support Agent
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary
  • Record and update customer interactions and feedback in CRM system
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile for Customer Support Agent

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support is not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
