They are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Support and Logistics to join their expanding team in Plovdiv.

Job Profile for Team Leader – Customer Support and Logistics 
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Oversee the timely execution of the department’s action plan
  • Ensure all actions in terms of human capacity, tools and activities according to the forecasts
  • Participate actively in process optimisation
  • Prioritise tasks in case of critical situations and give solution ideas
  • Monitor compliance with labour and technological discipline in the team, and contribute safety rules, by personal example
  • Determine the department’s goals and monitor their achievement
  • Response to the selection, feedback and development of team members

Candidate Profile for Team Leader – Customer Support and Logistics 

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is a strong advantage
  • Expertise in customer support/logistics management procedures and best practices
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Personal attitude to drive efficiency and results
  • Positive, result and customer-oriented attitude
