Job Profile for Graphic Designer

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Create visually captivating graphics for LinkedIn posts that align with our brand and effectively communicate our messages
• Design and maintain website graphics, including banners, icons, and other visual elements, ensuring a cohesive and appealing online presence
• Produce engaging video content for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns. This involves storyboarding, editing, and adding animations or special effects
• Ensure all designs adhere to Bluelynx’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Partner with other members of the Marketing team to understand project requirements, offer creative input and deliver high-quality designs on schedule
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media, and video production to continuously introduce fresh and innovative ideas
• Actively seek and integrate feedback from team members to refine designs and enhance overall quality

Candidate Profile for Graphic Designer

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar
• Relevant experience in designing graphical products for marketing collateral, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and advertisements
• Proficiency in Adobe products – Photoshop, Illustrator 
• WordPress knowledge and landing page creation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Advanced/very good image and video editing skills and experience with such software
• Occasionally, arrange and conduct photo/video shoots as required
