Our client is a leader in the production of packaging glass products in Bulgaria.
Currently, they are looking for an experienced Transport Specialist Intern to join their team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Transport Specialist Intern
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Organise and coordinate daily transport activities
- Coordinate transport requirements with internal departments
- Plan and monitor transport schedules and deliveries
- Ensure deadlines are met and promptly address any deviations
- Maintain and process all required transport documentation
- Enter and update transport-related information in ERP and internal systems
- Support the optimisation and continuous improvement of transport processes
Candidate Profile for Transport Specialist Intern
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and intermediate in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible and motivated to support new projects
- Demonstrate strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, maturity and adaptability to different situations
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well as part of a team
- Willingness and availability to travel
