Currently, they are looking for a motivated Market to Order Specialist to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Market to Order Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for orders, as well as maintenance and repair services, ensuring a high level of precision
• Place orders for products and projects, and proactively monitor deliveries to ensure timely execution
• Collaborate closely with local Sales teams, Finance, and Technicians to gather required information and ensure effective coordination and communication
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of quotations, contracts, and customer interactions within relevant systems
• Support the preparation of reports and the maintenance of templates related to quotations and contract activities
• Proactively track orders and deliveries, resolving any issues or delays to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile for Market to Order Specialist

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or another related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within a sales or service back-office environment
• Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, alongside advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
• Well-developed analytical abilities to accurately prepare quotations and evaluate project requirements
• High level of attention to detail, ensuring precise and high-quality documentation
• Effective time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities efficiently
