We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Consultant (SAP SD) to join their team in Sofia. 

In the role, you will ensure reliable and efficient SAP Sales and Distribution operations by providing timely 2nd-level support, resolving incidents, and addressing service requests, while collaborating with business stakeholders and 3rd-level teams to maintain stable order‑to‑cash processes and continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Job Profile for Senior Application Consultant (SAP SD)
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Analyse, prioritise, and resolve SAP SD incidents and service requests within SLA, minimising disruption to business operations
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users, providing expert guidance on SAP SD processes and resolving operational challenges
• Perform SAP SD customising changes and implement enhancements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with established change processes
• Ensure the smooth execution of core SAP SD processes, including order creation, pricing, delivery, and billing
• Plan and execute functional testing, including unit, integration, and UAT, to ensure system changes meet business requirements
• Collaborate with 3rd-level support, developers, and teams across other SAP modules, including MM and FI, to resolve complex issues
• Maintain clear documentation of solutions, known errors, and processes to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing

Candidate Profile for Senior Application Consultant (SAP SD)

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist) with relevant professional experience in SAP environments
• Solid understanding of business processes, preferably in Sales, Logistics, and Order-to-Cash
• 6–9 years of hands-on experience as a Senior SAP SD Consultant in support and consulting
• Proven experience with SAP SD configuration and customising, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Experience integrating SAP SD with other SAP solutions, such as SAP GTS or SAP LES
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and service management processes/tools
• Experience facilitating workshops, delivering key-user training, and managing external resources
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage
