Description
Our client is a leader in the production of packaging glass products in Bulgaria.
Currently, they are looking for 2(two) experienced Shift Supervisors to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Shift Supervisor
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure continuous and reliable operation of all electrical and electronic systems
- Lead and coordinate shift teams and maintain disciplined, productive work
- Enforce labour, technological, and electrical safety standards
- Monitor machines and automated systems and react immediately to malfunctions
- Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance
- Prepare and maintain production and technical documentation
- Work with production and engineering teams to improve processes
- Train, mentor, and develop staff and maintain an updated skills matrix
Candidate Profile for Shift Supervisor
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably technical
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams while ensuring high performance and engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to interpret technical documentation
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic industrial production environment
