Our client is a global leader in secure and intelligent access systems, trusted across multiple sectors.
Currently, they are looking for a motivated Operational Buyer to join their team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Operational Buyer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Clarify, update, and place orders with suppliers in line with agreed service levels
- Coordinate and monitor orders to ensure the timely delivery of goods
- Organise and oversee transportation processes
- Negotiate supplier prices for different order quantities
- Process documentation and information in a timely manner
- Maintain and monitor inventory databases for key production materials and items
Candidate Profile for Operational Buyer
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
