Our partner is a leading international provider of medical equipment. The company designs and delivers medical devices for cardiology, physiotherapy, and aesthetic medicine, serving customers worldwide.
They are currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Production Engineer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure efficient and compliant production processes from the component level to the finished product
- Maintain and update bills of materials in line with production changes
- Participate in component verification, process validation, and the introduction of new products into production
- Provide hands-on support to the assembly team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Analyse production nonconformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile for Production Engineer
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and advanced in English (B2), both written and spoken
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage change and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Team-oriented with a hands-on approach
