Our client is an internationally recognised architectural practice company with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential and non-residential projects across Europe.
Currently, they are looking for a Senior BIM Architect to join their team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Senior BIM Architect
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Deliver advanced BIM modelling and project delivery using Revit across all design stages
- Create, coordinate, and oversee architectural projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare, review, and validate technical documentation for building permit submissions and construction packages
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows
- Perform quality control of BIM models and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards
- Act as the Revit subject-matter expert, providing day-to-day technical support and problem-solving
- Coach, mentor, and train junior architects in Revit best practices and efficient workflows
Candidate Profile for Senior BIM Architect
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Relevant University degree – Architect/Engineer with a technical background
- Excellent Revit skills are required
- Familiarity with the global trends in Architectural design and technologies, as well as BIM development and standards
- Additional proficiency in BIM-related or parametric-based software is considered an advantage – AutoCAD, Dynamo, Navisworks, Grasshopper, Vectorworks, etc.
- Experience leading projects is a must
- Experience with coaching small teams is required
- Experience with on-site construction is a plus
