For our client, a global and fast-growing company specialised in the production of home and personal care products, hygiene disposables, and packaged snack foods, we are looking for a Sales and Trade Marketing Specialist to join their expanding team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Sales and Trade Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage and execute sales channels and market development projects in the region with the Senior Market Development Manager and distributors
- Implement Nonfood category plans
- Monitor targets and track budgets
- Prepare analyses, trade terms, promotions, reports, and conduct field checks
- Collect and analyse sales and distribution data, and support target setting and performance monitoring
- Ensure proper product promotion, merchandising, and compliance with company guidelines
- Analyse trade and marketing results and suggest improvements
- Support business plans, presentations, and market research for new opportunities
- Travel up to 30% for market visits and coordination
Candidate Profile for Sales and Trade Marketing Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related
- Minimum of 2 years of FMCG sales experience
- Knowledge of sales finance and budgets. Knowledge of the local market is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proactive, results-oriented, and confident in stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Active driver’s license and willingness to travel
