Our client is an established international company specialising in vehicle leasing, fleet management and mobility solutions for businesses and individuals, with a strong presence across multiple markets.

We are looking for a Pricing Expert to join their team in Sofia. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, analysing pricing structures and supporting business decisions to ensure competitive pricing and sustainable profitability. 

Job Profile for Pricing Expert
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensure accurate pricing implementation in line with company policies and procedures
• Calculate costs associated with early contract termination, contract modifications and extensions
• Create, maintain and update vehicle databases in the ERP system
• Monitor and update residual values (RVs) and vehicle maintenance costs, liaising with dealers to collect service data
• Analyse vehicle market data to determine appropriate residual values
• Review and update pricing parameters, including residual values, maintenance costs, registration fees, road taxes, vignettes, tyre costs, insurance and interest rates
• Perform cost back-testing to verify pricing accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Implement pricing changes accurately and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, including Sales, Operations and Compliance
• Participate in local and international initiatives related to residual values and market parameters
• Conduct regular fleet revaluations in line with group standards and deadlines
• Identify and manage risks within the scope of responsibility
• Perform control checks and other tasks assigned by the direct manager, ensuring compliance with risk management requirements

Candidate Profile for Pricing Expert

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• University degree
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services
• Very good MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interest in the automotive industry
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a responsible, proactive approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to analyse costs accurately and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
