Our client is an established international manufacturer specialising in construction technology and machinery, with a strong global presence and extensive engineering expertise.
For their production site in Plovdiv, we are looking for an experienced and motivated System Specialist CAD/PLM to support and optimise the company’s engineering systems and CAD environment.
Job Profile for System Specialist CAD/PLM
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and optimise CAD and engineering systems across the organisation
- Create, maintain, and improve CAD standards, libraries, and working methodologies
- Manage, maintain, and optimise the CAD environment, including:
- 3D modelling and design: Creo Direct Modelling and Creo Parametric
- 2D drafting: Creo Elements/Direct Drafting
- Supporting engineering tools: Cadenas, CAD Diktor, Sheet Metal, and Klietsch
- Engineering data and documentation: BOM management and annotation
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and specifications
- Participate in digitalisation projects and the implementation of PLM solutions
- Support the integration of CAD, PDM, and ERP systems
- Contribute to initiatives related to data quality and master data management
Candidate Profile for System Specialist CAD/PLM
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Good command of German would be considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of and practical experience with CAD systems
- Strong technical aptitude and a good understanding of engineering processes
- Experience with PTC products is beneficial
- Experience with product data and Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently, in an organised manner with a high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
