We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect SAP FI/CO to join their team in Sofia. 

In the role, you will operate at the intersection of finance, business processes, and IT, you will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, key business stakeholders, and IT teams to continuously improve SAP FI/CO processes.

Job Profile for Solution Architect SAP FI/CO
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Design, re-engineer, and optimise SAP FI/CO solutions to improve global finance and controlling processes
• Implement FI/CO processes in SAP, including requirements analysis, conceptual design, evaluation of solution alternatives, customising, functional testing, documentation, and rollout activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to Global Process Owners, Global Process Experts, Subject Matter Experts, and Key Users
• Drive global standardisation and harmonisation of finance and controlling processes to achieve simplicity, efficiency, and transparency
• Maintain and evolve template governance through active alignment and collaboration with business stakeholders
• Organise, prepare, and facilitate international process workshops and key user trainings
• Independently manage assigned tasks and work packages, taking full responsibility for timely and high-quality delivery
• Coordinate and manage external consultants and service providers
• Provide 3rd level support within a global service delivery organisation
• Collaborate closely with other SAP core modules (MM, PPS, SD, PP) to ensure end-to-end process integration

Candidate Profile for Solution Architect SAP FI/CO

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• University degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes and standards 
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO customising 
• Experience with international SAP implementation or rollout projects
• Experience working in international, matrix organisations
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
