Our client is a global leader in secure and intelligent access systems, trusted across multiple sectors.

Currently, they are looking for two motivated Customer Care Agents to join their team in Sofia.

Job Profile for Customer Care Agent
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B customers from Germany
  • Receive and assess service requests (80–90% relate to non-functioning doors) and determine if the issue is hardware or software-related
  • Collect and verify customer information, including address, door ID, and contact details
  • Coordinate service interventions with field technicians by assigning requests and providing relevant customer and issue information
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records in Salesforce, SAP, and Telia
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Handle inbound calls and service requests exclusively from customers in Germany

Candidate Profile for Customer Care Agent

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Previous B2B customer service experience (phone/email) is an advantage 
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Service-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage upset customers and apply de-escalation techniques
