Our client is a dynamic international organisation that develops and scales businesses across e-commerce, digital services, logistics, education, and technology. They are now looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to join their team remotely from Bulgaria, Poland or Morocco. 

In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end strategy, creation, publishing, and performance tracking. 

Job Profile for Freelance Social Media Manager
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Define and evolve the editorial direction for each brand (tone, formats, posting rhythm)
• Maintain a quarterly content calendar aligned with launches and campaigns
• Monitor trends, benchmark competitors, and identify high-performing formats within the company’s verticals
• Conceptualise and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (reels, posts, carousels, stories)
• Write copy: hooks, captions, and CTAs adapted to each brand and platform
• Coordinate video production: freelance briefs, shooting sessions when needed, light editing
• Produce or supervise static visuals in collaboration with designers or using tools like Canva/Figma
• Schedule and publish content across the company’s brands
• Manage community interactions (comments, DMs, spontaneous partnerships)
• Drive conversations around launches, drops, and ECC events
• Track weekly KPIs: reach, engagement, growth, and follow-to-CRM conversion rate
• Produce monthly brand reports: what worked, what failed, and what changes next
• Improve performance by controlling the A/B test formats, hooks, and posting frequency 

Candidate Profile for Freelance Social Media Manager

• Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation or social media management within a DTC, e-commerce, or media environment
• Experience in an e-commerce company or training business generating €1M+ in revenue is a plus 
• Native-level mastery of Instagram and TikTok. LinkedIn is a strong plus for ECC
• Comfortable with tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Notion. Ability to work with Figma, Premiere Pro, Metricool/Later will be considered beneficial 
• Video skills in shooting and advanced editing are a plus 
• An active personal audience on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn, proving you practice what you preach, will be considered an advantage 
• Basic understanding of paid social (boosting posts, connection with Meta Ads campaigns) is preferred 
• Portfolio showcasing 5–10 pieces of content you’re proud of (reels, carousels, posts) along with their results
• Strong editorial instinct and business mindset
• Ability to switch from ECC’s premium tone to Popcard’s more accessible voice seamlessly
• Ownership mentality to take responsibility for growing a brand and defend your decisions with data
