Our client is a well-established international manufacturer and a recognised leader in construction technology and machinery. With a strong global presence and decades of engineering expertise, the company develops and produces high-performance equipment used in major infrastructure projects worldwide.
Currently expanding, they are looking for an experienced Production Training Specialist to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Production Training Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Organise and conduct initial training of new employees (briefings, technical training, production processes, quality and safety standards)
- Develop and update training programs for employees – advanced training, certification courses, procedural trainings
- Prepare training materials: presentations, guides, procedures, and practical demonstrations
- Support on-the-job training – mentoring, progress tracking, skills assessment
- Assists in the implementation of new equipment and processes through staff training
- Monitor compliance with quality standards
- Document the conducted trainings and maintain training records in accordance with internal standards
- Identify training needs and participatе in the staff development plans
Candidate Profile for Production Training Specialist
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and German or English, both written and spoken
- Secondary technical or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, industrial engineering or similar fields
- Good computer skills (MS Office, working with an ERP system is an advantage)
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards in production
- Previous experience in a production environment. Experience in the airline industry or working with specific production processes is an advantage
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively, and adult learning skills
- Good organisational skills and an approach to systematically track the progress of learners
