Our partner is a leading international provider of medical equipment. The company designs and delivers medical devices for cardiology, physiotherapy, and aesthetic medicine, serving customers worldwide.
They are currently expanding and are looking for an Engineer in Mechanical Production (Tooling Engineer) to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Engineer in Mechanical Production (Tooling Engineer)
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Monitor the entire technological process and ensure compliance with production technology, as well as proper operation of equipment, tools, etc.
- Design and develop the necessary tooling and fixtures required for the manufacturing process
- Participate actively in the preparation and maintenance of required technical documentation
- Perform required validations
- Perform necessary training for machine operators
- Responsible for the inspection and verification of products received from the Research and Development centres
- Troubleshoot production-related issues
- Implement engineering changes in processes and products
- Resolve technical issues related to products and materials
- Optimise products and processes to improve overall product quality
Candidate Profile for Engineer in Mechanical Production (Tooling Engineer)
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Experience with SolidWorks software
- Previous experience in the same or a similar position
- Very good communication and organisational skills
- Strong technical and analytical thinking
