Description
For our client, a well-established, privately-owned investment and construction group with over two decades of success in the high-end real estate sector, we are looking for a dedicated Project Architect to join their expanding team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Project Architect
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all construction activities align with the architectural blueprints and the high standards of the luxury segment
- Supervise the precise implementation of complex architectural details, premium facade systems, and high-end interior finishes
- Verify that all delivered materials meet the specified technical requirements and aesthetic standards before they are utilised
- Monitor the construction schedule (Gantt charts), identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure the General Contractor meets all interim and final deadlines
- Provide detailed progress reports to the investor, documenting work quality, deviations from the plan, and any on-site challenges
- Identify non-conformities, manage the „punch list“ of repairs, and oversee the successful rectification of defects before project handover
- Act as a bridge between the investor, the design team, and subcontractors to ensure the original vision is executed without compromise
Candidate Profile for Project Architect
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- University degree in Architecture
- Advanced proficiency in reading complex technical documentation and expertise in construction technologies and high-end finishing works
- Architectural, design or site management experience, specifically within the luxury or premium real estate sectors
- An uncompromising eye for aesthetics, precision, and the ability to spot even minor deviations from quality standards.
- Assertive communication style with the ability to manage relationships with contractors while maintaining a firm stance on quality
