For our client, a global and fast-growing company, specialised in the production of home and personal care products, hygiene disposables, and packaged snack foods, we are looking for an R&D Assistant to join their expanding team in Sofia.
Job Profile for R&D Assistant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead the development, testing, and improvement of products, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
- Develop and apply quality control methods for new products and raw materials
- Analyse and optimise product costs while maintaining quality standards
- Support the implementation of new products into production, including the preparation of formulations and technical documentation
- Coordinate with external laboratories and industry partners during testing and development processes
- Monitor market trends related to raw materials and competitive products
- Participate in laboratory and industrial testing activities
Candidate Profile for R&D Assistant
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in product development, R&D, or project-related roles
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused working style
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise independently
- Valid driver’s license and confidence in active driving
