Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is expanding operations to meet growing production demands and is currently looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Account Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of service and long-term partnership
- Understand clients’ needs and align them with available products, services, and solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, Production, Logistics, Quality) to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements to meet business and sales objectives
- Monitor account performance, track metrics, and provide insights for improving commercial strategies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, invoicing, and account activity using CRM and ERP systems
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and share relevant insights with the wider commercial team
Candidate Profile for Account Manager
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related commercial role
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
- Understanding of sales processes, commercial planning, and basic data analysis
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships
