Our client is a well-established international manufacturer and a recognised leader in construction technology and machinery. With a strong global presence and decades of engineering expertise, the company develops and produces high-performance equipment used in major infrastructure projects worldwide.
Currently expanding, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their Industrial Machinery team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Electrical Design Engineer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and maintain detailed industrial machinery electrical schematics and associated technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with international engineering teams and suppliers to ensure technical alignment and design consistency
- Optimise and standardise existing electrical designs to improve system reliability, efficiency, and scalability
- Select and integrate electrical components in line with European market requirements and standards
- Contribute to cost-optimisation initiatives for serial production while safeguarding quality and performance
- Ensure full compliance with applicable machinery safety standards and regulatory frameworks
Candidate Profile for Electrical Design Engineer
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- Knowledge of machine safety standards (e.g. EN 60204, ISO 13849)
- Experience with electrical design software (CAE); Zuken E3.series is a plus
- Experience with machine or system commissioning is an advantage
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills
