For the needs of our trusted partner, a leading manufacturer in the glass packaging industry, we are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join their operations team based in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for Production Supervisor
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure a strong health and safety culture, maintaining full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational activities, optimising the use of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Provide direct leadership to production teams, including coaching, training, and performance management
- Partner with HR on recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and operational standards in line with regulatory and company requirements
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and operational performance
Candidate Profile for Production Supervisor
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Engineering background with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and leading teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced production environment
