This is a true spider-in-the-web role at the heart of a busy sales team. No two days are the same. You will work independently, take ownership of your work, and at the same time be closely connected to colleagues across the team.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Junior Sales Administrator who enjoys structure and systems, but who also likes pace, variety, and being involved in the commercial engine of the business. You are the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes: organised, switched on, and always one step ahead.
You will support the sales team with all core administrative and research activities: from handling inbound leads and preparing meetings to managing systems, gathering insights, and ensuring everything is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Job Profile for Junior Sales Administrator
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Respond to inbound leads and enquiries
- Coordinate availability and book meetings for the sales team
- Research companies, markets, and prospects
- Prepare colleagues for meetings with relevant company and market information
- Support the wider market and business research projects
- Take notes during meetings and create clear internal handovers
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM and Trello
- Prepare contracts and support the sales documentation process
- Create lead lists and maintain prospect databases
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and research tasks
Candidate Profile for Junior Sales Administrator
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. Any additional European language is an advantage
- A junior profile with strong motivation to learn, grow, and take responsibility
- Eagerness to learn and develop
- Someone who enjoys organisation, administration, research, and working with data
- Naturally structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Interest in sales and a natural commercial mindset
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Trello, and Microsoft Office (or quick to learn)
- Proactive: you see what needs to be done and act on it
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
