For the needs of our trusted partner, a leader in the production of packaging glass products, we are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer (Intern) to join their team in Sofia.
Job Profile for Junior Quality Engineer (Intern)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Perform measurements and inspections using standard metrology equipment (callipers, micrometres, gauges)
- Support statistical process control (SPC) activities and assist in data analysis for quality deviations
- Contribute to the preparation of quality reports, non-conformity documentation, and corrective or preventive action plans
Candidate Profile for Junior Quality Engineer (Intern)
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- An engineering degree or a master’s in Electrical Engineering, Quality or Mechanics
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ready to travel
- Positive attitude and maturity, ability to adapt to different situations
- Flexibility and willingness to support new projects
- Ability to prioritise and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
- Engage in process improvement and best practices initiatives across the organisation
