Job Profile for Content Writer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Write clear and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
• Work together with the Marketing and Sales teams to brainstorm and develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs
• Collaborate with the Recruitment teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience, ensuring that all copy is compelling and customer-focused
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming to discuss campaign performance, share ideas, and provide feedback

Candidate Profile for Content Writer

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. Any additional European language is an advantage
• 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or marketing agency
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Bulgarian
• Native with social media platforms and trends
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
